Portia de Rossi a changé d’identité ! La comédienne d’origine australienne s’appelle désormais… Portia Lee James DeGeneres !
La comédienne de 37 ans, qui avait fait une demande pour porter le nom d’Ellen cet été, a obtenu gain de cause puisque le juge de Los Angeles a accordé officiellement ce changement “d’identité“.
Il semblerait qu’Ellen ni Portia n’aient assisté à l’audience car les affaires de changements de noms ne posent généralement aucun problème.

Portia de Rossi has officially taken Ellen Degenere’s last name this Thursday. “I just got some amazing news,” Ellen tweeted yesterday. “The court has granted Portia’s name change. She’s now officially Portia Winfrey.”
She was kidding, of course. An LA County Superior Court judge granted de Rossi’s name-change petition yesterday. She will now be known as Portia Lee James DeGeneres.
“Lee” is the Australian actress’s middle name (she was born Amanda Lee Rogers), though the addition of “James” remains unclear.

Ellen était hier soir nominées pour deux Emmys awards. Une soirée qui s’est tenu à Los angeles, et où malheureusement Ellen est rentrée les mains vides, l’award du meilleur talk show allant à Rachel Ray pour son émission culinaire, et celui du meilleur présentateur d’une émission de talk show allant aux présentatrices de l’émission “The View”. Cette cérémonie a mis donc fin au règne d’Ellen qui avait gagné toujours un ou deux awards dans ces catégories et cela depuis plus de 4 ans.
